Monitoring guardianship for unaccompanied foreign children implementing

Art. 11 of Law No 47/2017, as amended by Art. 2, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No 220/2017, assigns the responsibility to monitor the state of implementation of the guardianship provisions for unaccompanied children to the Italian Independent Authority for children and adolescents (Agia).
The project Monitoring guardianship for unaccompanied foreign children implementing Art. 11, Law No 47/2017 is promoted by the Italian Independent Authority for children and adolescents, financed with European resources and approved by the Authority responsible for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), which sent the Italian Independent Authority for children and adolescents an ad hoc invitation.
The project aims to provide adequate resources to build up a quantitative and qualitative knowledge base with a view to supporting and encouraging the development of the guardianship system and enhancing the experiences gained over time or thanks to the actions carried out as part of this project.
